Our books are created for ages 0–99. Each story is centered around the child, but made to bring joy to siblings, parents, grandparents, and everyone who loves them. We hope every family member feels a little happiness through these books.

Choose a story, add your child’s details, upload a clear photo, and create your private preview. Once you’re happy with the preview, you can place your order and we’ll prepare your personalized book for print.

Yes. Your child’s photo is only used to create your private preview and personalized book. We do not show, share, or use your child’s photo publicly without your permission.

At checkout, you'll see the estimated delivery time for your address based on the shipping option you choose. Some locations receive their books in as fast as 3–5 days.

Currently, our books are designed for one child per story. Multi-child editions are under development — we can't wait to share them with you soon!

No. All Dreamaze books are hand-illustrated by real artists, and every story is original. AI is only used in the final step to gently transform the main character into your child — a little touch of magic that doesn't affect the beauty, detail, or authenticity of the illustrations.

If your book has not entered production yet, you can contact us by email to request a change. You can also check your book’s progress in your account. Once the book is in production, we may not be able to make changes.

Yes — we're expanding! If your preferred language isn't available yet, feel free to let us know. We prioritize based on customer requests, and your input truly helps shape our roadmap.

Yes, we ship globally. As long as you can place an order, we can deliver to you. We strongly recommend adding a phone number to ensure smooth delivery.

A payment error usually means something went wrong during the transaction. Common reasons include:

  • insufficient funds
  • A typo in the card details
  • Your bank blocking the transaction
